Paul Warren brings over a decade of SEO and local SEO experience to the Local Agency. Paul brings extensive experience in local SEO for large multi-location businesses. Most recently serving as the Director of Local SEO for Asurion and uBreakiFix.

Guido Tebano has over 20 years of executive experience in the self-storage industry.  He began his career in self-storage with Manhattan Mini Storage, where he grew market share and optimized the performance across 17 Manhattan locations. Known for creating opportunity he single handedly delivered more than 19% of total revenue. He then went on to work for JRK Birchmont Advisors where he managed their storage portfolio. He then took a position as vice president of sales and marketing with Treasure Island, a major player in the self-storage sector, Guido managed more than 3 million square feet of storage space at 11 locations throughout the New York City area over the past 10 years. He also creates and executes traditional and digital marketing strategies that generate leads, promote branding, and drive growth.
